Most residential jobs — garages, driveways, and pool decks — are completed in a single day. We arrive in the morning, prep the surface, apply the coating system, and you're back on your floor the same evening. Larger commercial projects may require 2–3 days.
Yes, the space should be cleared of vehicles, furniture, and stored items before our crew arrives. We handle all surface prep including grinding, crack repair, and cleaning — but we need clear access to the entire floor area.
We use professional diamond grinding equipment to open the concrete pores and ensure maximum adhesion. We also fill cracks, repair spalling, and degrease any oil stains. Proper prep is the most critical step — it's what separates a coating that lasts a lifetime from one that peels in a year.
Polyurea is 4× stronger than epoxy, cures in hours instead of days, and is UV-stable so it won't yellow or fade in Florida's sun. Epoxy is brittle, takes days to cure, and is prone to hot-tire pickup and peeling. We exclusively use polyurea/polyaspartic systems because they simply outperform epoxy in every category.
In most cases, yes — but we first need to assess the condition of the existing coating. If the epoxy is peeling or delaminating, we'll need to grind it off completely. If it's still well-bonded, we can apply our polyurea system directly over it after proper prep.
Our lifetime warranty covers peeling, delamination, and coating failure under normal residential use. If your floor ever peels or separates from the concrete due to a defect in our workmanship or materials, we'll come back and fix it — at no cost to you. The warranty is transferable if you sell your home.

Maintenance is minimal — that's one of the biggest benefits. For regular cleaning, a mop with warm water and a mild detergent is all you need. Avoid harsh acidic cleaners. For garage floors, sweep out debris and rinse with a hose as needed. The surface is stain-resistant, so most spills wipe right up.
